Service and seller
Akashic Dimensions offers astrology readings for personal reflection. The seller for commerce and legal disclosures is Red Sphere Design Studio, inc. The seller’s head office is in Virginia, United States. Support is provided by the Webmaster: Akashic Dimensions at support@akashicdimensions.com.
Eligibility and purchase
Adults can create a chart for themselves or someone else, including a child. For a child, be their parent or guardian, or have permission from one. When entering another adult’s birth details, have their permission. Purchasers must be adults with a United States billing address. Complete Birth Chart is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery. During initial United States early access, Checkout charges exactly $4.99 USD and adds no tax. It is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge.
Delivery and access
After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. Passwordless recovery may rotate the link and invalidate the prior one.
Refunds and disputes
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Premium access and outstanding recovery links end. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend Premium access while it is reviewed; access may be restored or ended according to the verified outcome.
Use and early access
United States controlled early access only. Astrology is offered for personal reflection and entertainment, not scientifically validated prediction or professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions, impersonate another person, or interfere with this service. We do not guarantee an outcome.
Billing-country review
Stripe collects a billing address for early-access eligibility. Premium is delivered only when the completed Checkout Session returns a United States billing country. If the country is missing or outside the United States, Premium is not delivered and the payment is held for review and a full refund.
