Service and seller

Akashic Dimensions offers Western and Vedic astrology, astrocartography, tarot, and palm readings for personal reflection. The seller for commerce and legal disclosures is Red Sphere Design Studio, inc. The seller’s head office is in Virginia, United States. Support is provided by the Webmaster: Akashic Dimensions at support@akashicdimensions.com.

Eligibility and purchase

Adults can create a chart for themselves or someone else, including a child. For a child, be their parent or guardian, or have permission from one. When entering another adult’s birth details, have their permission. Complete Birth Chart is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery. International purchases are available where Stripe, the card network, and the issuing bank permit the transaction. Checkout presents a total of $4.99 USD. Akashic Dimensions currently adds no tax at Checkout; a bank or card issuer may convert currency or charge other fees. This is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge.

Delivery and access

After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. Passwordless recovery may rotate the link and invalidate the prior one.

Refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Premium access and outstanding recovery links end. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend Premium access while it is reviewed; access may be restored or ended according to the verified outcome.

Use and availability

Astrology is offered for personal reflection and entertainment, not scientifically validated prediction or professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions, impersonate another person, or interfere with this service. We do not guarantee an outcome.

International Checkout

Stripe collects the billing address and payment details needed to process the purchase and prevent fraud. Enter the genuine billing information associated with the payment method. Availability and authorization depend on Stripe, the card network, the issuing bank, and applicable legal restrictions, so Checkout cannot be guaranteed in every location or for every card.

Rights and contact

These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. For support, email support@akashicdimensions.com. These product-policy terms are not legal advice.

Gift a reading

A gift costs $4.99 USD for one Complete Birth Chart. The buyer provides the recipient’s email with permission and pays before a chart is created. After verified payment, we email a private invitation to the recipient. They enter their own birth details, including exact birth time, and redeem the gift once. An unredeemed gift does not expire; the 365-day reading access period starts at redemption. The buyer receives no access to the recipient’s private reading.

The same seven-day refund request period starts at verified payment for gifts. A confirmed full refund or payment dispute can invalidate the invitation or affect a redeemed reading. If the email is incorrect or does not arrive, contact support before buying again. Bank currency-conversion or other fees may apply.

Akashic Tarot

Akashic Tarot offers a free Yes or No draw of one card from the 22 Major Arcana and a full reading of three cards for Love, Career, and Finance. The cards come from the traditional Rider–Waite deck with Pamela Colman Smith’s 1909 art. When you choose, our server draws the cards at random, gives each card an even chance of being reversed, and saves the draw before any card is shown. Paying never redraws or changes the saved cards. The free Yes or No draw and the free three-card reveal are a general-audience feature for reflection and entertainment; they need no account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to buy a reading, buy or redeem a gift, or ask the reader questions.

Tarot is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. Cards suggest perspectives; they do not predict the future, and a Yes, No, or Not yet answer is a prompt for reflection, not a guarantee. Nothing in a tarot reading, including the Love, Career, and Finance readings, is professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions. We do not guarantee an outcome.

Complete Tarot Reading

The cards of a full reading, their names, orientation, and keywords, and the first sentence of each area reading are free. The Complete Tarot Reading is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery, and Checkout presents a total of $7.99 USD. It includes each card read for its place, upright or reversed; The Thread, a combined reading of your three cards and your question; up to 12 questions to the reader, written or spoken; up to 8 minutes of live conversation with the speaking reader, described below; a PDF; and a private link. Akashic Dimensions currently adds no tax at Checkout; a bank or card issuer may convert currency or charge other fees. This is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge. The International Checkout terms above also apply.

Unpaid full-reading cards are kept for seven days from the draw so you can return and unlock the same cards; after that they can no longer be unlocked. After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. If you lose the link, choose “Lost your private link?” on the tarot page and enter the email used at Checkout, or the email a gift invitation was sent to: we email a one-time recovery link that expires in 15 minutes, and opening it replaces the previous private link. You can also contact support.

The Thread and Ask the reader

The Thread and the reader’s answers are written by AI from your three cards, their places and orientations, our card meanings, and your question. They are AI-generated reflections and can be mistaken. The Thread is prepared when the paid reading is first opened in a language; if it cannot be prepared, your cards, their meanings, and the area readings remain available and you can try again later. The 12 questions are counted across visits and devices, do not reset, and can be used by anyone holding the private link. Failed answers and declined requests do not use a question. These features depend on our AI provider and may be briefly unavailable.

Speaking reader

The Complete Tarot Reading includes a speaking reader, Lucia or Felipe: an animated AI character, not a person, who talks with you about your three cards. It works in current browsers that can play live video. We offer it as available: it can be busy for a moment when several people are talking with it, and it can be paused for maintenance or when one of its providers is down; the rest of your reading is not affected. If you could not talk with the speaking reader, you can still ask for a full refund within the seven days described under “Tarot refunds and disputes”. If we ever stop offering the speaking reader, we will say so on the tarot page and change the price before anyone buys without it. Readings bought earlier at $4.99 keep the speaking reader under the same limits, at no extra charge.

The reader speaks only answers written by our AI from your three cards, under the same terms as written answers: they are AI-generated reflections, can be mistaken, and offer spiritual guidance, not professional advice. The reader’s face, movement and voice are AI-generated and can show visual or audio glitches.

Talking is optional. The microphone opens only after you choose to talk, and you can always type instead. Your browser’s own speech recognition turns your words into text, under its maker’s terms. We never receive or record your audio, and we do not record the video. Spoken questions use the reading’s 12 questions like written ones; greetings and thanks do not use a question.

Each reading includes up to 8 minutes of live video in total, including the reader’s spoken opening on your first visit. To keep it available to everyone, a session ends after 20 seconds without a question, after 10 seconds with the page hidden, or after 8 minutes, and you can start it again until your 8 minutes are used. Do not use the reader’s video or voice to mislead anyone or to imitate a real person. How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice under “Speaking reader”.

Tarot refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Complete Tarot Reading access ends, and The Thread and the reader’s answers are removed. If the seven-day window from the draw is still open, we email a new private link to the free three-card reveal. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend access while it is reviewed and removes The Thread and the reader’s answers; access may be restored or ended according to the verified outcome.

Gift a tarot reading

A tarot gift costs $7.99 USD for one Complete Tarot Reading, including the speaking reader. The buyer provides the recipient’s email with permission and pays before any cards are drawn. After verified payment, we email a private invitation to the recipient. They draw their own three cards, may add their own question, and redeem the gift once. An unredeemed gift does not expire; the 365-day reading access period starts at redemption. The buyer receives no access to the recipient’s cards or reading.

Akashic Palm Reading

Akashic Palm Reading offers a free Glimpse (your hand type, your four major lines, and a short personality reflection) and a Complete Palm Reading. You hold your open palm up to your camera, or upload a photo, after agreeing to how the photo is processed. The free Glimpse needs no account. You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to scan your palm, buy a reading, buy or redeem a gift, or ask the reader questions. Use only a photo of your own hand.

Palmistry is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. A palm reading describes tendencies in a symbolic tradition; it does not predict the future, and it is not science. Nothing in a palm reading, including the Vitality and Partnership areas, is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship advice, and nothing in it is a fact about your health, your relationships, or a marriage. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions. We do not guarantee an outcome.

Complete Palm Reading

The Complete Palm Reading is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery, and Checkout presents a total of $4.99 USD. It reads the same stored scan as your free Glimpse (your palm is not scanned again) and includes your fingers, mounts, other lines, and special marks; seven areas (Love, Career, Money, Vitality, Partnership, Challenges, and Luck); The Thread, a combined reading of your whole hand; up to 12 questions to the reader; a PDF; and a private link. Akashic Dimensions currently adds no tax at Checkout; a bank or card issuer may convert currency or charge other fees. This is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge. The International Checkout terms above also apply.

An unpaid scan is kept for seven days so you can return and unlock it; after that it can no longer be unlocked. After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. If you lose the link, choose “Lost your private link?” on the palm reading page and enter the email used at Checkout, or the email a gift invitation was sent to: we email a one-time recovery link that expires in 15 minutes, and opening it replaces the previous private link. You can also contact support.

The written reading and Ask the reader

The personality reflection, the seven areas, The Thread, and the reader’s answers are written by AI from the features of your hand that the scan found, and are reviewed automatically before they are shown. They are AI-generated reflections and can be mistaken. If a part cannot be written when you open the reading, the rest stays available and it is written later. The 12 questions are counted across visits and devices, do not reset, and can be used by anyone holding the private link. Failed answers and declined questions do not use a question. These features depend on our providers and may be briefly unavailable.

Palm refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Complete Palm Reading access ends and the complete reading, The Thread, and the reader’s answers are removed. If the seven-day window from your scan is still open, we email a new private link to your free Glimpse. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend access while it is reviewed; access may be restored or ended according to the verified outcome.

Gift a palm reading

A palm gift costs $4.99 USD for one Complete Palm Reading. The buyer provides the recipient’s email with permission and pays. After verified payment, we email a private invitation to the recipient. The recipient agrees to the photo processing themselves, scans their own palm, and redeems the gift once. An unredeemed gift does not expire; the 365-day reading access period starts at redemption. The buyer never receives the recipient’s photo, hand, or reading.

Vedic Birth Chart

The Vedic Birth Chart offers a free Vedic chart and a Complete Vedic Reading, in English and in Hindi. It is a separate reading from the Complete Birth Chart: it uses the sidereal zodiac with the Lahiri ayanamsa, whole-sign houses, the mean lunar node, and the Vimshottari period (dasha) system, so its signs can differ from your Western chart, and the two are not combined. The free chart needs no account and includes your North Indian chart, a table of your placements, your Lagna, your Moon sign and birth nakshatra, and the period you are in now. The Eligibility and purchase terms above also apply to Vedic charts, including charts for another person or a child.

Vedic astrology is offered here for spiritual guidance and personal reflection, not professional advice. A reading may describe the periods ahead and what they may bring into focus; these are tendencies in a symbolic tradition, not certainties, and a reading never predicts death, illness, accidents, or pregnancy. Nothing in a Vedic reading is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, or a statement of fact about another person. Supportive practices (upayas) are optional traditions; wearing a gemstone is never required. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions. We do not guarantee an outcome. The Hindi texts are translations of our English texts; if they differ, the English text governs.

Complete Vedic Reading

The Complete Vedic Reading is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery, and Checkout presents a total of $4.99 USD. It reads the same stored chart as your free chart (nothing is recalculated) and includes each of the nine grahas in its sign and house, your chart’s ruler and your Navamsa (D9) chart, the classical yogas found in your chart, your periods for the next three years with their dates, and supportive practices for your current period, all on a private link. The reading is assembled from texts written by Akashic Dimensions; no AI writes it. Answers to your questions in Ask about your chart are written by AI, as described below. Akashic Dimensions currently adds no tax at Checkout; a bank or card issuer may convert currency or charge other fees. This is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge. The International Checkout terms above also apply.

A free chart is kept for 30 days so you can return and unlock it; after that it can no longer be unlocked. After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout. Emails are sent in English. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. If you lose the link, choose “I lost the link to my complete reading” on the Vedic page and enter the email used at Checkout, or the email a gift invitation was sent to: we email a one-time recovery link that expires in 15 minutes, and opening it replaces the previous private link. You can also contact support.

Ask about your chart

A Complete Vedic Reading includes up to 12 questions to our Jyotish reader about your own chart. Answers are written by AI from the placements calculated for your chart and the texts of your reading, and are reviewed automatically before they are shown. They are AI-generated reflections for spiritual guidance, not professional advice, and can be mistaken. The 12 questions are counted across visits and devices, do not reset, and can be used by anyone holding the private link. Failed answers and declined questions do not use a question. The reader may decline questions about death, health, pregnancy, marriage, other people, or money decisions. This feature depends on our providers and may be briefly unavailable; the rest of your reading stays available.

Vedic refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Complete Vedic Reading access ends and the complete reading is removed. If the 30-day window from your free chart is still open, we email a new private link to your free chart. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend access while it is reviewed; access may be restored on a new private link or ended according to the verified outcome.

Gift a Vedic reading

A Vedic gift costs $4.99 USD for one Complete Vedic Reading. The buyer receives no access to the recipient’s chart or reading.

Astrocartography

Astrocartography offers a free astrocartography map and a Complete Astrocartography Reading, in English and in Spanish. It draws, from your birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace, the lines on the world map where the Sun, the Moon, and the eight planets were rising, setting, overhead, or underfoot at your birth, and names the larger cities near those lines. An exact birth time is required, because a few minutes move every line by many kilometers; we never invent a missing time. The free map needs no account and includes your 40 lines on the globe and on a flat map, a table of every line, your three strongest places with their closest cities, and the lines near your birthplace. The Eligibility and purchase terms above also apply to astrocartography maps, including maps for another person or a child.

Astrocartography is offered here for spiritual guidance and personal reflection, not professional advice. A place near a line may favor certain themes in your life; it never guarantees them, and a reading never predicts death, illness, accidents, or pregnancy. A map is not travel, relocation, immigration, safety, health, legal, or financial advice, and it never says that a place is safe or unsafe. Travel conditions vary and change: before booking a trip, check your government’s current travel advisories for the places you plan to visit. Do not use a reading to make high-stakes decisions. We do not guarantee an outcome. City names come from a public-domain list of about 7,300 places, and a city’s distance from a line is approximate.

Complete Astrocartography Reading

The Complete Astrocartography Reading is an entirely electronic, personal-use reading with no physical delivery, and Checkout presents a total of $4.99 USD. It reads the same stored map as your free map (nothing is recalculated) and includes all 40 of your lines explained with their closest larger cities, your places for six themes (love, career, home and roots, creativity, growth and luck, and rest and healing), where your lines cross, and, if you choose to add them, the lines near where you live now and Your Map Together with a partner, all on a private link that you can save as a PDF. The reading is assembled from texts written by Akashic Dimensions; no AI writes it. Answers to your questions in Ask about your map are written by AI, as described below. Akashic Dimensions currently adds no tax at Checkout; a bank or card issuer may convert currency or charge other fees. This is not a subscription, account, password, membership, or recurring charge. The International Checkout terms above also apply.

A free map is kept for 30 days so you can return and unlock it; after that it can no longer be unlocked. After verified payment, the private reading link is delivered to the email used at Checkout, in the language of the page you bought from. The link acts as a key: keep it private. Paid access lasts 365 days from verified payment; viewing does not extend it. If you lose the link, choose “I lost the link to my complete reading” on the astrocartography page and enter the email used at Checkout, or the email a gift invitation was sent to: we email a one-time recovery link that expires in 15 minutes, and opening it replaces the previous private link. You can also contact support.

Your Map Together

In a Complete Astrocartography Reading you may add one partner to see Your Map Together: the places where both of your maps favor the same themes, the points where your lines cross theirs, and their lines near where you live now, if you added it. It is included in the reading at no extra charge. You may enter another person’s birth details only if they are an adult and have given you permission, and you confirm this before their map is drawn. Their map is calculated in the same way as yours and needs their exact birth time. You can replace or remove the partner at any time; up to three different people can be added to one reading.

Your Map Together speaks about places and the time shared there, for spiritual guidance and reflection. It never describes what another person thinks, feels, or will do, never scores a relationship, and never predicts marriage, separation, or children. It is not relationship, family, legal, or financial advice, and the same limits as the rest of the reading apply.

Ask about your map

A Complete Astrocartography Reading includes up to 12 questions to our astrocartography reader about your own map. Answers are written by AI from your map’s lines and places and the texts of your reading, and are reviewed automatically before they are shown. They are AI-generated reflections for spiritual guidance, not professional advice, and can be mistaken. They never advise you to move, travel, or stay anywhere, and say nothing about the safety, legal, immigration, or financial side of a place. The 12 questions are counted across visits and devices, do not reset, and can be used by anyone holding the private link. Failed answers and declined questions do not use a question. The reader may decline questions about death, health, pregnancy, other people, money decisions, or travel safety. This feature depends on our providers and may be briefly unavailable; the rest of your reading stays available.

Astrocartography refunds and disputes

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of verified payment by emailing support from the address used at Checkout. We normally reply within two business days. Once Stripe confirms a full refund, Complete Astrocartography Reading access ends and the complete reading, any saved current city, and any partner’s map are removed. If the 30-day window from your free map is still open, we email a new private link to your free map. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. A payment dispute may suspend access while it is reviewed; access may be restored on a new private link or ended according to the verified outcome.

Gift an astrocartography reading

An astrocartography gift costs $4.99 USD for one Complete Astrocartography Reading. The buyer provides the recipient’s email with permission and pays before a map is created. After verified payment, we email a private invitation to the recipient. They enter their own birth details, including exact birth time, and redeem the gift once. An unredeemed gift does not expire; the 365-day reading access period starts at redemption. The buyer receives no access to the recipient’s map or reading.
