Readings on behalf of someone else
Adults can create a chart for themselves or someone else, including a child. For a child, be their parent or guardian, or have permission from one. Use your own email for delivery and recovery when requesting a child’s reading. The same privacy, retention, and deletion options apply to these readings.
Birth-chart information
To calculate a reading, Akashic Dimensions uses a birth date, exact local time, selected birthplace, and the resulting normalized chart. AstrologyAPI is used for place, historical-timezone, and calculation support. The normalized calculation is encrypted and reused so a Premium upgrade does not recalculate the chart.
Optional birthplace map preview
After a valid reading is shown, the result can request one non-interactive Google Maps Static satellite image centered on the selected city’s rounded coordinates. That request sends the selected coordinates, your IP address, the referring site origin, language, and ordinary browser request data to Google. The preview is not requested before a valid result and is not used by Akashic Dimensions for advertising or analytics. If it is unavailable, a project-owned locator is shown instead. The introductory NASA Earth image is served by Akashic Dimensions and makes no request to NASA.
Free and paid readings
A Free Celestial Signature and its private capability link are retained for the stated availability period. A paid reading may be retained for its 365-day access period with records needed for delivery, recovery, refunds, disputes, and accounting. Deleting a reading disables its active private link; limited encrypted reuse-cache and backup copies may age out on their documented schedules.
Checkout, billing country, and email
Red Sphere Design Studio, inc. is the seller for Premium commerce under the Akashic Dimensions name. Stripe collects Checkout email, payment information, and a billing address for Premium. Akashic Dimensions normalizes only the two-letter billing country needed to confirm United States early-access eligibility and does not copy the full billing address into its application storage or logs. The checkout email is used only for delivery, passwordless recovery, and necessary support unless separate marketing consent is introduced later. The service uses Google Analytics to measure website visits. Google receives technical browser and device information and may use analytics cookies. Our Google tag excludes query strings and private reading-link fragments from the page URL and disables Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not intentionally send birth details, reading content, names, or email addresses to analytics. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay, chart-based marketing, or device fingerprinting.
Access, recovery, and operations
A private capability link can open a reading, so it should not be shared. Passwordless recovery can rotate that capability. Payment, versioned policy acceptance, refund, dispute, and accounting records may be kept as needed for the approved customer lifecycle. Backups age according to the project’s operational policy; HostGator-controlled operational metadata follows its own limits.
