Akashic Dimensions
Readings on behalf of someone else
Adults can create a chart for themselves or someone else, including a child. For a child, be their parent or guardian, or have permission from one. Use your own email for delivery and recovery when requesting a child’s reading. The same privacy, retention, and deletion options apply to these readings.
Birth-chart information
To calculate a reading, Akashic Dimensions uses a birth date, exact local time, selected birthplace, and the resulting normalized chart. AstrologyAPI is used for place, historical-timezone, and calculation support. The normalized calculation is encrypted and reused so a Premium upgrade does not recalculate the chart.
Optional birthplace map preview
After a valid reading is shown, the result can request one non-interactive Google Maps Static satellite image centered on the selected city’s rounded coordinates. That request sends the selected coordinates, your IP address, the referring site origin, language, and ordinary browser request data to Google. The preview is not requested before a valid result and is not used by Akashic Dimensions for advertising or analytics. If it is unavailable, a project-owned locator is shown instead. The introductory NASA Earth image is served by Akashic Dimensions and makes no request to NASA.
Free and paid readings
A Free Celestial Signature and its private capability link are retained for the stated availability period. A paid reading may be retained for its 365-day access period with records needed for delivery, recovery, refunds, disputes, and accounting. Deleting a reading disables its active private link; limited encrypted reuse-cache and backup copies may age out on their documented schedules.
Checkout, billing address, and email
Red Sphere Design Studio, inc. is the seller for Premium commerce under the Akashic Dimensions name. Stripe collects Checkout email, payment information, and a billing address for Premium. Akashic Dimensions does not copy the billing address or billing country into its application storage or logs. The checkout email is used only for delivery, passwordless recovery, and necessary support unless separate marketing consent is introduced later. The service uses Google Analytics to measure website visits. Google receives technical browser and device information and may use analytics cookies. Our Google tag excludes query strings and private reading-link fragments from the page URL and disables Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not intentionally send birth details, reading content, names, or email addresses to analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits that come from our ads and completed purchases, and to help Meta show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta receives technical browser and device information and the page address, and may use its cookies. If you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect this with information it already holds, under Meta’s own privacy policy. Our pixel loads only on pages without a private reading link or checkout reference, does not follow later address changes, and reports only the fixed purchase amount ($4.99 USD) and whether it was a reading or a gift. We do not send birth details, reading content, names, or email addresses to Meta. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings or block third-party cookies in your browser. We do not use session replay, chart-based marketing, or device fingerprinting.
Access, recovery, and operations
A private capability link can open a reading, so it should not be shared. Passwordless recovery can rotate that capability. Payment, versioned policy acceptance, refund, dispute, and accounting records may be kept as needed for the approved customer lifecycle. Backups age according to the project’s operational policy; HostGator-controlled operational metadata follows its own limits.

Optional reading assistant
When available for your paid reading, the AI assistant includes 12 answered questions across visits and devices, without a monthly reset. Before sending, you acknowledge that Anthropic, the maker of the Claude AI model, receives your question, relevant saved chart facts and reading passages, and recent conversation to prepare an answer. We do not include your email, payment details, private link, or original birth inputs in that request. Avoid entering sensitive information about yourself or others. Anthropic may keep these requests for a limited time under its own security and legal retention terms.
If you choose Speak, your guide answers aloud. The microphone opens only after you choose to talk, and you can always type instead. Your browser’s own speech recognition turns what you say into text and may send your audio to the browser’s maker (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) under its own terms. Akashic Dimensions never receives or stores your audio. A spoken question goes to Anthropic in the same way, to prepare a short spoken answer. ElevenLabs turns that answer into the guide’s voice and receives only the text of the answer. ElevenLabs may keep what it receives and use it to improve its models under its own terms. Spoken questions and answers are saved and counted exactly like written ones.
Your questions and answers are encrypted with your reading and follow its access, expiry, deletion, and backup lifecycle. Anyone holding the private link can view this conversation and use the remaining allowance. Failed answers and declined requests do not consume the 12-question allowance. We do not send conversation content to analytics. Answers are AI-generated interpretations and can be mistaken.
Gift recipients
When someone buys you a reading, we encrypt the recipient email separately from the buyer’s payment contact and use it to deliver the prepaid invitation. Neither person is subscribed to marketing. We retain the invitation contact while the gift remains unredeemed. Once redeemed, your email follows the normal paid-reading retention and recovery rules. The buyer cannot open your reading through their purchase confirmation. A short-lived encrypted receipt supports interrupted redemption for 24 hours; scheduled deletion then removes it. Cancelled invitation contact is removed by scheduled deletion. Contact support to correct or remove an unexpected gift invitation.
Akashic Tarot draws
Akashic Tarot needs no account or birth details, and a name is optional. For a Yes or No draw, your question stays on your device: it is never sent to or stored by Akashic Dimensions. The server keeps only the drawn card, its orientation, the language, and the draw time under a private capability, and scheduled deletion removes it after 24 hours. For a full reading, we store the three cards, their places and orientations, the language, and, if you write one, your question of up to 280 characters, and, if you give them, the first name you’d like to be called and how you’d like to be addressed (feminine, masculine or neutral), encrypted together under a private capability. After you pay, if the email you used also holds a paid birth chart with us, you may choose to bring it into the reading: we check the birth date you confirm against that chart without storing it, and keep only a private reference to the chart with the reading (or, instead, the Sun sign you pick), so the reader can use your Sun, Moon, Rising, Venus, Midheaven and 2nd house signs. You can remove it at any time, and deleting the chart also removes it from the reading. Avoid entering sensitive information about yourself or others in a question.
Unpaid full readings are kept for seven days from the draw. A paid reading is kept for its 365-day access period, which starts at verified payment or, for a gift, at redemption, with the records needed for delivery, refunds, disputes, and accounting. After a refund or a lost dispute, the cards return to the free reveal while the seven-day window from the draw is open; otherwise access ends. Scheduled deletion removes expired draws; backups age as described above. To delete a full reading earlier, choose “Delete this reading” on the paid reading, or contact support with the reading’s private link. Deletion removes the cards, the question, The Thread and the reader’s answers, the stored email, and the private link at once; the purchase records needed for refunds, disputes, and accounting stay.
The Thread and Ask the reader
When a paid tarot reading is first opened in a language, OpenAI, the maker of the GPT AI models, receives your three cards with their places and orientations, our approved meanings and keywords for those cards, and your question, if any, and the first name and form of address you chose, if any, and, if you chose to bring them, your birth chart signs (Sun, Moon, Rising, Venus, Midheaven and 2nd house, or the Sun sign you picked), to write The Thread. When you ask the reader, OpenAI receives your new question, the same reading context, and up to four recent questions and answers. We do not include your email, payment details, private link, or draw identifier in these requests. OpenAI may keep these requests for a limited time under its own security and legal retention terms.
The Thread and your questions and answers are encrypted with your reading and follow its access, expiry, deletion, and backup lifecycle. Anyone holding the private link can view them and use the remaining questions. A refund, dispute, or revocation removes them. We do not send questions, cards, or reading content to analytics. Answers are AI-generated interpretations and can be mistaken.
Speaking reader
Paid tarot readings can include a speaking reader: an animated AI character, not a person. When the reading opens, the reader greets you aloud. The microphone opens only after you choose to talk, and you can always type instead. Your speech is turned into text by your browser’s own speech recognition, which may send your audio to the browser’s maker (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) under its own terms. Akashic Dimensions never receives or stores your audio. The recognized text reaches us as a question to the reader and is handled exactly like a written question. Each spoken reply is turned into speech by ElevenLabs and animated by LemonSlice, and the video reaches you through LiveKit. ElevenLabs receives the text of each reply, and LemonSlice receives each reply as audio together with the reader’s picture. A reply may include the first name you gave us. ElevenLabs and LemonSlice may keep what they receive and use it to improve their models under their own terms. LiveKit carries the live video and connection data but does not use it to train models. We never send these providers your email, payment details, private link, or draw identifier. They process data in the United States. The video is not recorded by us.
Tarot checkout, email, and analytics
Stripe processes the Complete Tarot Reading and tarot gifts as described above for Premium Checkout, and Akashic Dimensions does not copy the billing address or billing country into its application storage or logs. The checkout email is stored encrypted with the paid reading for delivery, lost-link recovery, and necessary support during its access period. We send transactional email through Resend, which receives the recipient address and the message, including the private link. The tarot pages use the same Google Analytics settings described above: the page address excludes query strings and private reading-link fragments, and Google signals and advertising personalization are off. The tarot pages do not load the Meta Pixel.
Tarot gift recipients

We encrypt the recipient email separately from the buyer’s payment contact and use it only to deliver the prepaid invitation; neither person is subscribed to marketing. Tarot on your device
Your browser keeps a few tarot settings on your device: the motion setting, the reader you chose for a reading, and the times of your recent Yes or No draws, used to suggest a pause after several draws. Before Checkout, it also keeps the reading’s private link, your question, and the purchase reference so the same cards return after payment or cancellation; this copy is cleared when the payment is confirmed or Checkout is cancelled, and is ignored after eight days. These values are not sent to analytics.
Background music
The site offers optional background music on the reading pages and the home page. It is off until you choose a track and never starts by itself, and no audio is downloaded before you choose one. Your browser remembers the last track and the volume on your device only, so it can offer them next time; this is not sent to Akashic Dimensions or to analytics.
Your palm photo
Before the camera opens, the page explains how your photo is used and asks for your agreement; the time and version of that agreement are kept with your scan. The camera image stays on your device until you take the photo: only one photo is sent, cropped on your device to your hand and resized. You can upload a photo instead of using the camera.
To read your lines, we send that photo, your date of birth, and your gender to our palm-reading provider, AstrologyAPI. AstrologyAPI discards the photo as soon as it has read your palm, and keeps the palm features it found (palm type, fingers, lines, and mounts) for up to 30 days, only so the rest of your reading answers faster. It never matches your photo with other photos and never uses your data to train or test AI or for any other purpose. It processes the data on Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare in India and the United States, with a backup server in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not keep the photo you take. We keep, encrypted with your reading: the provider’s picture of your palm with the detected lines drawn on it, the features of your hand the scan found, the provider’s reading notes, your birth year (not the full date), your gender, the consent record, and the provider’s reference to your scan. We use this information only to give you your palm reading; we do not use it to identify you, sell it, or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
An unpaid scan is kept for seven days from the scan. A paid reading is kept for its 365-day access period, which starts at verified payment or, for a gift, at redemption, with the records needed for delivery, refunds, disputes, and accounting. After a refund or a lost dispute, the reading returns to the free Glimpse while the seven-day window from the scan is open; otherwise it is deleted. Scheduled deletion removes expired scans; backups age as described above. To delete your reading earlier, choose “Delete my reading” on the reading, or contact support with its private link. Deletion removes the palm picture, the features of your hand, the written reading, your questions and answers, the stored email, and the private link at once; the purchase records needed for refunds, disputes, and accounting stay. When you delete your reading, or when an unpaid scan expires, we also ask AstrologyAPI to delete the palm features it holds and the picture of your lines; otherwise they are deleted after 30 days.
The written reading and Ask the reader
To write the personality reflection, the seven areas, and The Thread, Anthropic, the maker of the Claude AI model, receives the features of your hand that the scan found (hand type, fingers, lines, mounts, and marks), selected notes from the provider’s reading, and, for The Thread, the texts already written for your reading. When you ask the reader, Anthropic receives your question, the same reading context, and up to four recent questions and answers. We never send your photo, the palm picture, your date or year of birth, your gender, your email, payment details, private link, or scan identifier in these requests. Anthropic may keep these requests for a limited time under its own security and legal retention terms.
The written reading and your questions and answers are encrypted with your reading and follow its access, expiry, deletion, and backup lifecycle. Anyone holding the private link can view them and use the remaining questions. A refund or a lost dispute removes the paid parts; the free personality reflection stays with the free Glimpse. We do not send your hand, your questions, or your reading to analytics.

To calculate a Vedic chart, Akashic Dimensions uses a birth date, exact local time, and selected birthplace, as described above for the birth chart. AstrologyAPI receives the date, the time, the birthplace’s coordinates, and its historical time offset, never a name or an email address, and returns the planetary positions and periods. We keep, encrypted under a private capability, those birth details, the place you selected, and the calculated Vedic chart. The calculation is encrypted and reused so that unlocking the Complete Vedic Reading does not recalculate the chart. The Complete Vedic Reading is assembled from our own texts on our server. Only when you ask a question in Ask about your chart does an AI service receive part of your chart and reading, as described below; it never receives your birth details. The Hindi reading is prepared from the same chart when you open it.
Ask about your chart
When you ask a question, Anthropic, the maker of the Claude AI model, receives your question, the placements calculated for your chart (signs, houses, nakshatras, and periods), the texts of your reading in the language you use, and up to four of your recent questions and answers. We never send your birth date, birth time, birthplace or its coordinates, your email, payment details, private link, or reading identifier in these requests. The Vedic chart on your device
Right after a chart is calculated, your browser keeps it for a moment in this tab’s session storage so the page can show it without asking our server again; it is removed as soon as it is shown. While you redeem a gift, the tab also keeps the invitation until the gift is redeemed. If you choose background music, your browser remembers the last track and volume on this device. These values stay in your browser and are never sent to analytics.
Astrocartography information
To draw an astrocartography map, Akashic Dimensions uses a birth date, exact local time, and selected birthplace, as described above for the birth chart. AstrologyAPI receives the date, the time, the birthplace’s coordinates, and its historical time offset, never a name or an email address, and returns where each planet stood over the Earth. We keep, encrypted under a private capability, those birth details, the place you selected, and the calculated map with its lines and nearby cities. The calculation is encrypted and reused so that unlocking the Complete Astrocartography Reading does not recalculate the map. The reading is assembled from our own texts on our server. Only when you ask a question in Ask about your map does an AI service receive part of your map and reading, as described below; it never receives your birth details. The Spanish reading is prepared from the same map when you open it. The globe, the map, and the ground images come from our own server; no map service receives your birthplace or your places.
Where you live now
In a Complete Astrocartography Reading you may add the city where you live now, to see which of your lines pass near it. It is optional. We keep only that city’s name, its country, and its coordinates rounded to about one kilometer, encrypted with your reading; we never ask for a street address. You can remove it at any time from the reading. It is removed with the rest of the paid reading after a refund or a lost dispute, and when the reading is deleted or expires.
Your Map Together
If you add a partner to a Complete Astrocartography Reading, AstrologyAPI receives their birth date, exact time, birthplace coordinates, and historical time offset, never a name or an email address, and returns their map, as for yours. We keep, encrypted with your reading, their calculated map, the first name you give (optional), and the name and rounded coordinates of their birthplace, together with a keyed one-way code of their birth details used only to count the three-person limit; we do not keep their birth date or time with your reading. The encrypted calculation cache may hold their birth details for up to one day so the same details are not calculated twice.
We never email or contact the partner and never use their details for anything else. You can remove them at any time from the reading. Their map is removed with the rest of the paid reading after a refund or a lost dispute, and when the reading is deleted or expires. A partner who wants their map removed can ask the reader to remove it, or contact support.
Ask about your map
When you ask a question, Anthropic, the maker of the Claude AI model, receives your question, your map’s lines with their nearby cities and where they cross, the texts of your reading in the language you use, the name of the city where you live now and the lines near it if you added it, the shared places from Your Map Together if you added a partner (place and line names only), and up to four of your recent questions and answers. We never send your birth date, birth time, birthplace or any coordinates, your partner’s name or birth details, your email, payment details, private link, or reading identifier in these requests. Anthropic may keep these requests for a limited time under its own security and legal retention terms.
